Moving Your Taskbar in XP

I really don't understand why you would want to---but to each his own--I will tell you however, that I moved mine to the top of the screen and was "Proud as a Peacock" until I realized I could not close, minimize or anything while on the WWW--the Taskbar covered IT!---However--You can move the Bar to the top, bottom, left or right.

First---right click on the Taskbar, if there is a ck mark by "Lock Taskbar" un-check it.







Now--click and drag the Taskbar where you wish to put it. If you have moved it to the left or right side, place your mouse pointer at the edge until you see the "Double Arrow" click and hold your mouse on the Double arrow and you can adjust the width----Piece of cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!
